Our school 4-A class students performed Yoga activities. Before the event, they talked about how different emotions make us feel. They realized that emotions such as anger, anxiety, and resentment are natural emotions that we can experience. There was talk about what needs to be done to manage these feelings. With the yoga activities that have a calming effect, the students got away from the people or situations that made them angry. They felt the calming effects of each movement. With the yoga activity, they learned how to manage their anger and how to relax themselves. In addition, all students had a lot of fun during the activities.
