Before Christmas holidays a coach and yoga teacher Jana Briede visited our students to talk about different emotions. During the lesson students shared their experience how they sense different emotions in their bodies, including anger and joy. What they do when they experience diverse emotions. The teacher showed to the students’ relaxation techniques that can be used when they feel angry or anxious. During the lesson students learned that all emotions that we feel are right, including anger. But it is necessary to know the most effective method for them how to cope with it, so as not to hurt others or themselves.
